Our Wedding

The Big Day

We will celebrate this magical day on New Year's Eve in Denver, Colorado with a candlelit ceremony at twilight. Our wedding will take place at the parlor fireplace of a beautiful Victorian mansion. After dinner we will be chauffeured in a vintage limousine to Denver's Union Station to dance the night away at the Orient Express-themed New Year's Eve Soirée.

Our ceremony will be small and intimate with only a few special guests in attendance. We welcome all of our friends and family to join us for a Zoom ceremony livestream beginning at 6:00 p.m. (CST)

Our story is a long one, spanning almost 20 years. It was a winding and sometimes crooked, bumpy road filled with hills, valleys, detours, and what seemed like dead ends. What we didn't know at the time was the road was simply a work in progress - paving the way to a place more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.

Sharing your time with us on our wedding day is the greatest gift we could ask for. We hope you find this unique registry as a way to help us make this fairytale day come true. The memories of this day will last a lifetime, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being a part of it!

In 1890, Denver Lumber Baron John Mouat built a mansion for his wife Amelia and their five children. Now, as the "Lumber Baron Inn and Gardens," this Victorian estate is a charming bed and breakfast in the heart of Denver's Potter-Highlands Historic District. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting for our dream wedding.
